“Horrible. Room Smells like thick mold. I asked to replace one towel as it was warn out in a fashion that cannot be offered to any customer. The guy told me "this is an extra towel and can be charged"...seriously. I took that as a joke. A not fun one tho. Karaoke from the rooftop was clear loud in the room. “This place is amazing - stayed here before and after jungle trek. Very beautiful view of river and food was so good and affordable, we never wanted to go off site to eat anywhere else. Wish we couldve stayed longer. Power goes out time to time but never more than 2 mins, all part of the area. So beautiful and relaxing and lots of monkeys around. Wifi only in lounge/restaurant”

“Not yet at the level of a 5 star hotel. Many things could be improved: reception, rooms, service. The rooms are in particular quite small and more like a 3 star hotel. The overall layout is a bit weird and not well optimised. It’s a pity, keeping in mind the wonderful location of the hotel. Totally overpriced. For the same price, I could have a wonderful resort in Bali and exceptional service. ”
